Interpretation

The following conditions apply to the meanings of words with capitalized first letters. The definitions below must have the same meaning whether written in the singular or plural.

Definitions

This Return and Refund Policy applies to:

• The term “goods” refers to the items for sale on the Service.
• Orders are requests from you to purchase Goods from Us.
• The Website is considered a service.
• You refers to the person accessing or using the service, or, if applicable, the company or other legal entity on whose behalf such person is accessing or using the service.

Cancellation Policies

There will be no cancellations once you have approved the design proof provided by our design team. All cancellations will be handled by the return policies described below. You must provide us with a clear statement of your decision to exercise your right to cancel.

Return Policy

You must bear the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. Please send the goods to the address below: Plot No. 2, Jupiter Colony, Market Road, Diamond Point, Secunderabad - 500009, Telangana, India. We are not liable for damaged or lost goods during the return shipment. As a result, we recommend that you use an insured and trackable mail service. We cannot issue a refund until we receive the Goods or proof of return delivery. For the Goods to be returnable, please ensure that the following conditions are met:

• The items were delivered within the last 7 days.
• Everything is still in its original packaging.
• Goods damaged in transit.

The following items are not returnable:

• Goods manufactured to your specifications or customized.
• Customized wallpapers with approved digital proof by the customer can’t be returned as our entire collection is manufactured on demand.

In exceptional cases refund will be processed in 4 - 6 days.

Non Refundable Policy

All purchases, deposits, and payments made are non-refundable under any circumstances, unless otherwise stated in writing. This includes, but is not limited to, payments for services or products. By completing the transaction, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.

In the event of cancellation by the customer for any reason, the paid amount will not be refunded, exchanged, or transferred. Exceptions to this policy, if any, are solely at the discretion of the company and must be agreed upon in writing prior to the transaction.

Dedicated Design Assistance

For every premium wallpaper order at dezinworld.in, you will be assigned a dedicated designer who will assist you in customising your selected design as per your walls measurements.

The design time allotted for your order is directly proportional to the total area of your wallpaper. This time is automatically calculated and added to your cart when you place your order.

For order cancellations any additional design charges or customization charges paid will be non-refundable. Also, if you have exceeded the allotted design time, any excess design time consumed will be deducted from your eligible refund. This policy supersedes our 100% refund policy.
